adequate stay IN city center
perfect location helpful staff room cleanliness warm temperature air conditioning crowded breakfast
the LOCATION was perfect. it was easy to walk to all the shops. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room. THE staff were also very helpful when i asked for directions.
THE room temperature was quite warm. i couldn't seem to adjust it. the air conditioning seemed to be switched off. BREAKFAST was also a bit crowded at times.

the hotel is near the main square and shopping areas, a short walk from historic sights. the room had ample storage and a well-equipped toilet. room service staff maintained a clean and tidy environment. breakfast offered good quality options with plenty of choices.
the air conditioning system was inactive due to the winter season. i found it uncomfortably warm at 23c.

The hotel's proximity to the city center offered convenient access to shops. many restaurants are nearby. It's really handy, i could walk almost everywhere. the train station is also easily reachable from here.

breakfast included good quality food and a wide variety of options. there were pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes, i was satisfied! the dining area was clean and well-kept, a plus!

the room was well kept with sufficient storage, i liked the arrangement. the bathroom had a good layout with all necessary amenities. it included a clean shower, very practical after a day exploring the area!

great location world-class cappuccino uncomfortable room temperature rude staff
The hotel's location IS AMAZING! It made getting around SO easy. The breakfast offered a world-class cappuccino and scrambled eggs. I really enjoyed it.
The room temperature was REALLY uncomfortable! I couldn't adjust the air conditioning because it was switched off due to the winter season. The staff were VERY rude during checkout. They added extra charges I didn't know about.

perfect location helpfull staff clean room uncomfortable temperature switched off air conditioning winter season
the location was perfect. the staff was helpfull. rooms were large and kept very clean. i finded it a amazing place.
the room temperature was uncomfortable. air conditioning was switched off and the front desk was unable to activate it. it had something to do with it being winter season. i wasnt able to get the temperature below 23c.

Central Location, Excellent Stay
clean room great location easy access
I had a very clean Double or Twin Room City View facing the square. The bathroom was also very clean. The hotel is very close to the town centre. it is a short walk to the bus station. I found it very easy to access other areas from there.
The air conditioning was not working and I could not adjust the room temperature to my liking.

uncomfortable room temperature deactivated air conditioning
The location is excellent. It is next to the main square.
The room temperature was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was switched off, and the reception said they could not activate it. They blamed it on the winter season. I could not get the temperature below 23C, an unacceptable situation, and I will not return because of that.
